Step 1 Sole Source + Week 1 weigh in - after 1 year maintaining

Hi everyone,

Re-started my Cambridge diet last week. I have been on this plan before, original weight 14st 1lb. Got down to 11st 9lb and gave up a year ago.

I am now back again starting at 76kg (11.9lbs - size 10/12) with the final aim of getting down to 60kg (9st 4lb) which is my ideal weight BMI wise and comfortable for me. once and for all!

I weighed in today at 72kg (11.3lbs) - which is a 4 kg loss (nearly 9lbs)

Hoping minimins will help & inspire me through the rougher patches ahead.

And...

Its time to complete this journey I started in 2012

I'm in a similar position, restarting to lose the 3st ive put on!

Yes i got down to 11st 10 and a size 12 (which makes it so annoying- i was there at my goal, and i threw it away! ah well, no point dwelling) This time im going for 11st 7, just to see what i look like really! i have a mummy tummy which i know wont go with diet alone, but im so rubbish at exercise! so gonna see what i look like and if im happy xx
 
No movement on the scales this week!

But I have lost in inches. I think I went wrong by working out five days a weeks cardio and my body went into starvation mode - not smart - I know.

But as of yesterday I stopped. I will pause on the gym for now til I make my way up to 810kcal. Am really praying that I get into the 60 plus kgs next week :)

Hello I'm on the ss plan too when you work out you gain muscle which weighs more than fat so maybe that's why your not seeing a change on the scales

I guessed as much as my clothes, bra, underwear are all much looser and my face is changing again. I think I just need to take it easy with the gym right now until I get higher on the plan. Right now am on ss and on ss+ on some days.

Hey maybe this week will be my week :)

Somedays that I used to workout or have a lunch meeting at work I will have my three shakes then eat a meal from the ss+ plan :) once I am in ketosis it makes little difference :)

You have lost 9lbs in two weeks that is not letting yourself down even if the scales stayed the same this week!

My weigh in is tomorrow but I may just go on my lunch break and do it.

i had had a few personal problems that became overwhelming I've started again today so my weigh in is next week weds as my consultant is away I put on 3lbs so hopefully I'm hoping for a big number how are you doing how was your weigh in
