Step 1 Sole Source Restart- This time I will get to goal!

So after an extremely disappointing weigh in yesterday (well it was sort of expected after a full on couple of weeks of extreme binge eating and a couple of months before that of half and half sticking to the diet) I am now getting back on the Sole Source Plan.

Which to be honest fills me with dread a bit- remembering how exhausting it was last time I did it! Although it did produce some great results which I desperately need after my 1 stone gain!

Anyone got any good tips for starting over? It seems so frustrating knowing that I have lapsed back weeks of hard work and need to get my head in a good place to tackle the next couple of weeks! Am doing sole source but with mainly bars this time as I feel they satisfy me a lot more than the shakes.

Fingers crossed I can make it through the week and get a good result on the scales next week- I could do with a nice boost to get my head back in the game! Desperately want to get to under 11st by Christmas (99 days away- eek!)

Restarting is one of the most demotivating challenges on this diets but...It definitely is doable. Yes you have lost time and yes you lapsed but do not get hung up on that fact.
Its in the past, its over and done with and most importantly you are back here and ready to kick those pounds off.

What loss do you hope to achieve in your first week back?

Very true- just need to come back at it with a positive mind set I think! Really hoping for half a stone although that might be a little ambitious! Although when I stick to the plan the weight seems to drop off so fingers crossed! The hardest thing for me is the lack of alcohol :) I'm a sucker for a couple of glasses of wine, especially at the weekend so think this weekend will be the hardest. Although I've got to bear in mind that I managed to go without for about 6 weeks last time and that was a massive factor in helping me lose the weight.

I'm a terrible binge eater so think I will probably always struggle a bit but hoping if I can reach my goal then I will be better at controlling this :)
