I confess.....I'm a daily weigher.

Well, actually, I'm a "scale avoider" or have been the past few years. We have scales in the bathroom but if I don't step on them I can't have gained weight - right?

I know daily weighing is not recommended - but having done SS before, I know it keeps me motivated. I'm posting here, to keep me accountable.
When weighing daily the scales can go up and down and I know that. I'll only acknowledge my losses on my cdc scales once a week....but in the meantime:

Day 1 - 16st 8.5 (- 0lb)

I don't have a scales at home - I was a daily-ww like yourself and I had to stop... Throw away the scales!

Started SS this week - had my first WI this morning and 9lb down! If I was weighing myself every day I wouldn't have the same excitement, pride and incentive as just being weighted once a week... hope that helps?
