did anyone else feel like they were getting a cold in first week of ss?

hi on the 4th day of ss ( well been told to have 4 shakes so think im doing the ss+ not happy with my consultant at all). i feel cold today and a slight sore throat like i am getting a cold. dai anyone else feel like this please? not sure if i should stop, but really dont want to.

It's funny you should say that...I did a week of the 1200 plan and started dropping down to SS, which I am now doing totally from today and I've woken up this morning with a sore throat like I'm getting a cold. I figured it was just this time of year , especially as everyone at work seems to be sniffling too.

I wouldn't have thought it was related to the diet but I'd also be interested to know if anyone else had the same thing happen.

Hi there, i am on Cd for the second time and didn't feel like that either time.
Did feel cold and headachy but that was it.

Try and persevere with it, it really does work if you let it!!!!
