    Trying again
    well I started CD some time ago and lost all the weight I needed to undergo treatment to get my babies and now after twp pregnancies have some to get off.
    When I first started CD I was 14st and started with my sister I fell pregnant with my first when i got down to 10st and so happy and really enjoyed my pregnancy and eating lol after I was 18st (yes I know OMG) managed to get down to 13st by eating healthy when I fell pregnant again. This time I had more control and after my second was born I was 15,2 So i started the CD again and had a target of a holiday. I got down to the target i set and went on holiday happy but I came back and have been around the same weight for far to long.

    Now I'm 5ft 7 (and a half lol) and 11st4 would love to get myself down to between 9,7 to 9,12. I tried to start today but my head was not in the right place this morning.

    have had a chat with my other half and he has agreed to help by doing a fresh weigh in in the morning (a test for someone who thinks I dont need to lose weight)

    Also found this site/app today so will be posting lots over the next few days thinking happy thoughts

    Here I am almost back at the beginning - what a prat! Still at least I didn't slip ALL the way to the bottom. I think I'll aim for baby steps this time.

    Leek and potato soup for dinner (love it) drinking loads, finding posting on here a great way of keeping me going

    Ty feel so much better then my attempt yesterday even gave my girls dinner that I can't pick at lol
    Made a positive step forward by drinking the water needed as that's where I know I went wrong the other day

    Sat enjoying a lovely black coffee, not had coffee since before I had my first DD when I was on cd last time in 2008. Best just stick to the one or I might be up all night lol

    Well just ha a mental 20min dancing around the living room with my 2 girlies every little helps lol especially as our puppy ate the cable for my x-trainer months ago and I have not replaced it yet
