    Evening all. Tried the sw rice pudding tonight, not sure what I think. Don't think I put enough liquid in or cooked it for long enough but also next time not sure I would add sweetner when using the cream soda. Interesting though and will def try again.

    Have you guys tried any sw recipes that you did or did not like. I loved the. Fanta chicken x

    Morning all... hope you're all ok?

    Another exiting day in the office for me today, don't think so lol. Just checking in for a quick catch up before i submerge myself into the next bit of my big project *yawn*. Slept a little better last night and made a conscious decision not to go for food when i did wake up. Am going to work on that for the next couple of days and then i can work on the amount of yoghurts i'm eating lol. Still it's allowed on plan they say so watch this space... thinking it's all mainly TOTM and stress.

    I've a funeral to go to tomorrow for my cousin who lost her three babies last week, so sad. Hit really close to home because it was a multiple pg too, i was so lucky with my boys and had such an easy pregnancy thank god. So i'm off to wales first thing in the morning - going to have a breakfast before i go of some syn free pancakes and fruit so that i can keep two alpen light bars in my bag for if i get hungry. Might pack myself a small bowl of pasta or something to eat if i get hungry, don't want to fall off plan - although i'm doing ok with syns.

    So today was porridge with berries, followed by two satsumas. Had two yoghurts when i got to work and then i have a nice chicken and bacon pasta salad packed for lunch - this was meant to be chicken and bacon salad with BNS but i forgot i'd put it in the oven and it was cremated by the time hubby found it lol. For snacks i have grapes and a banana for later on. Need to go to the shops on my way home, get some more fruit and veg and milk in. Then have a spin class at 6. Home for something quick for tea, maybe pasta and tuna as i've forgotten to take something out, or maybe haddock with veg and new potatoes as we had pasta last night.

    So sorry to hear about your cousin losing the babies it's terrible, hope it's not too hard tomorrow.

    I've just got in from slimming class, I put 1lb on I'm a bit pissed off cause I've been good, I found myself eating one of callums leftover chicken nuggets the other day and had to stop myself eating more, I've not had all my syns though so it should have covered it, I've been doing c25k and my legs were really achy yesterday so don't know if that's got anything to do with it I'm going to have a 100% week this week though and I'm aiming for 3 off to get my stone award, hopefully.x

    Aww Hun don't beat yourself up it'll just be the scales playing silly ******* from the exercise. It'll catch itself up. Try using a few more of your syns this week maybe? Stay away from the nuggets though. I find a little of that sort of food makes me want loads more. 100% it and you'll get there I'm sure of it x

    Evening all. Had a yummy Gammon with sw chips, pineapple, broccoli and asparagus for tea, was gorgeous. Also had a slice of garlic bread on the side. Went to spin, was a tough work out feel good.... Its true what they say about the gym and exercise though isn't it, the hardest part is getting there.

    Ive made up my fruit salad and the car is cleaned, fuelled and ready to go. Nice to see family, shame its under these circumstances.

    The funeral was tough. The crematorium was heaving which was lovely but so sad. The world is so unfair to the wrong people isn't it. Only ever happens to good people.

    Food has been ok. I had sw pancakes with fruit for breakfast, baked pot with salad and curry for lunch. The curry was jar but I only had a small bit so am going to allow 5 syns maybe? Had my alpen light bars as HEXB and had spaghetti carbonara for tea. Snacked on plenty of fruit.

    I am so so bloated at the moment, am puting it down to totm as feel very full of wind tonight just not moving. Am sure it will sort itself out soon enough

    Am exhausted now after the drive and the emotions of the day. Asda is coming in the morning at seven too so I'm off to bed very soon x

    Well today has been a very random food day as I've been on the go all day. Breakfast was good with porridge and berries. Then we went to ikea to buy the kids a new bed each. Home late so grabbed some asparagus with super noodles followed by a yoghurt and some pineapple. Snack a little later was more pineapple and tea so far has been an apple and a banana with two yoghurts and 2 mini tubs of Philli. I look at it now and notice I've not had any meat. I follow ee and wonder whether I should actually have it as a green day and have the extra hex. Do I need to or is it optional. Anyone any ideas?

    I still feel all bloated and fat. Not liking this at all. Waiting for totm to feck off so hopefully it will go with it x
