    Start BMI: 39.9
    Current BMI: 36.9
    Goal BMI: 24.5


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st4lb
    Weight to Lose: 5st5lb
    % Lost 7.5%

    A New Me once and for all

    Well this is me trying once and for all to lose weight I'm 5ft 5 and decided on my 32nd birthday last week enough was enough and I didn't wanna be fat anymore. I got birthday money and refuse to spend it on tents. I started 12th April and on day 4, I find it hardest when cooking tea for my 2 kids so I have been having my shakes before theirs is done so I won't nibble.

    I have about 9 stone to lose but reading other posts I really think this will work.

    Any advice anyone wants to give would be appreciated :-) ty for reading

    Re- Start Weight 17st2lb
    Week 1 12/3/13 = -11lbs :-) woohoooooo
    Wk2 19/3/13 = -7lbs =18lbs total

    Hi! Well done on getting to day four I found it got easier from there. You're through the hardest part now the hunger will start to go. The main challenge from here I found was other people determined to try and make you eat etc.

    Cookin for the kids and oh is definitely difficult but again, gets easier. Stick with it I look forward to seeing how you get on x
