    Thank you, when I'm thinner I always still have a massive bot, but my waist gets tiny, always wondered if I was pear or hourglass.
    It's weird isn't it, I don't know whether it's denial or what, I knew I'd put the weight on but I could still fit in most of my clothes so I didn't think much of it. Only when I started hiding from photos and things were getting even tighter, and still then I hid from it all for a while.

    definitely, taking pics is a really good, keeps you motivated and makes you notice the changes that you might not see in the mirror.

    Thanks, I just feel so uncomfortable and fat compared to friends and colleagues. I also carry a lot of weight on my arms, bum and thighs, and that in clothes, never mind out of clothes is monstrous! I'm hoping I'll be well on my way to the 10s by the end of summer, thanks again

    So tonight I had another omelette, hopped in the bath filled with Jo Malone pomegranate noir oil, and now I'm just chilling with my cinnamon and sugar (smells AMAZING!) candle and my final shake (chocolate blended with ice). Feel really relaxed and good.

    Just have a little more water to drink, I've been a little slow with water today.

    Bring on day 3!!! I'm heading to an all day spa with my mam for her birthday treat, should be nice.

    DAY 3

    On the verge on crying today. Not due to the diet, because I think I'm well on my way to ketosis and I had a cheeky step on the scales this morning, which showed a 5lb loss already, so I'm over the moon about that. I'm just having a nightmare with my pay, which came to me with a big fat £0 as I'd been off sick due to a bad foot injury. So I'm a little worse for wear wondering how I'm going to live for the next month, thank god I still had some of my student loan left. Anyway, I'm off to eat my porridge and get ready for a spa day with my mam. Oh & I may possibly be going for a meal with the parents for my mam's birthday, I'm making special requests of a small green chicken salad, this does not sound exciting when thinking of all the food options and alcohol.

    BMI Information:
    Spent the day flittering between a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool, it's been lovely (despite being in a bikini in front of people!) and relaxing and has kept me away from food temptation. My meal tonight consisted of tuna, prawns and celery cooked together with a herb/spices rub and a green leaf salad, pretty damn tasty and felt filling. Just finishing off my last shake and drinking extra water to compensate what I've lost.

    I feel like I'm doing okay so far!

    You know, it's funny how you don't realise things until you're doing something about your weight. For example, I just discovered that I have back fat today, yet when ignoring my weight gain I hadn't noticed it at all! Need to get rid!

    I have one too Didn't notice it until I was having a cuddle off my son and he squeezed them!! We'll soon be rid! x
    Started Cambridge SS 16/04/12

    Week 1 WI 21/04/12 - 3lbs after 5 days... not bad (shouldn't have eaten those eggs!)
    Week 2 WI 28/04/12 - 4lbs (2 days SS+, 5 days 100% SS)
    Week 3 WI 05/05/12 - 4lbs
    Week 4 WI 12/05/12 - 1lb TOTM
    Week 5 WI - CDC away and having a break for hospital treatment
    Week 6 WI - ????? fingers crossed!!
