I didnt do diary in 1st 2 days, as I honestly wasn't sure I'd make it to day 3 :-/
My name is Cassie, I'm 29 & have 5 children- Leah 12,Connor 10, Matilda 5 & twins Jenson & jemima 2.... So it's been very easy for me to not diet as I have snacks around all the time. That was my issue- I constantly grazed. My children r all slim and have a healthy relationship with food and r happy to have fruit, veg, breadsticks, plain biscuits & yoghurt for snacks so when I go back to eating healthily It will b easier.
I weighed 14.9 on tues when I started, I weigh myself every morning (I can't help it- wish my scales would break!!) but today (thursday) I weigh 14.1 so am very happy:-)
I'm also in ketosis- I kno this cos I'm not hungry today, also my breath stinks -my fiancé so kindly pointed out to me! I did a little cheer to myself when he said that, as it's 1st sign of ketosis for me :-)
My target is 12st, I was last at this weight, actually i was 12.6 -when I was 16 (I'm now 29) & I felt confident at this weight, I was a 12/14 (I'm almost 5ft 9) so I wanna b there again- and what an acheivement to b lighter than when I was 16!!
Upto age of 24 my weight went up to 19st (size 24) I have made lots of changes to my diet since then and like I said am now at 14.1. I also do modern jive dancing twice a week, and personal training session once a week which helps.
This is my journey so far. I've taken another of my body at 14.9 and am hoping to do this again when I hit 12st to see a difference.
