Day 2 and i'm half way through.

No food cravings, even took a trip to Sainsburys with a friend and she stocked up on loads of yummy foods but i wasn't even tempted.

I did buy myself a dvd though for something to watch later on incase i start to get hungry tonight.

So please it's going ok today!

Going into school later for tea and biscuits, although i wont be having any so i'll take my water with me, my eldests' art work is being displayed!

Nearly the end of Day 3.

Today i very nearly caved and had to text my counsellor because i felt like giving up.

I posted on my BBM and a few friends kept me going through out the day.

The babies have been fed and put to bed, my eldest has been fed and is now watching CBBC for a bit before bed and then i'm thinking of hitting the sack too because i SO VERY NEARLY went on just-eat . com (my biggest vice!!) and thought ahh it's ok i'll just starve for the rest of the duration...

BUT I HAVENT and i've talked myself around as it would mess my body up and confuse it from getting so far etc.

I cant wait for my new dvd to come (the walking dead) and my new book (fifty shades of grey) as both of those will certainly keep me buy from thinking about food when the twins arent distracting me.

Distraction is definately the key Rachel!

So the post man decided he couldnt fit my book and dvd through the letter box so has taken them back to the sorting office altho, they're in seperate boxes and have never had a hmv dvd or book refused before! GRRRR now i have limited choice to occupy my mind until i can collect them which will either be tommorow or Monday !!!

Day 4 not going so well and neither did last night :'(
