    First week count down

    I'm on my 3rd day on cd sole source and list 4lb already so happy I hope it keeps falling of as I have along journey ahead x

    Doing well thanks. Starting to shift from sole source to including food (salads, protein) as I had really been struggling with dizziness and feeling tired/weak for 2-3 weeks. So far so good.
