    Day three....

    ....I have to say I'm finding it not too bad so far. I'm hungry but don't really feel like eating. As a result, I have only had 2 shakes a day and a cup of ginger and lemon tea. I came on here to see if that was ok but people say you need three for it to work. As a scientist, I'm not convinced. Also, lemon is supposed to knock you out of ketosis but it doesn't seem to be doing so!

    Anyone else start at a similar time (Tuesday) and not have too much to lose?

    You should defiantly have all 3 shakes, its not that it won't work without it but they minerals and nutrients in them. I wouldn't have thought you'd be in Ketosis yet after 3 days unless you came from a very low carb diet but lemon is certainly a high risk food when it comes to ketosis but everyones different, some people find the slightest thing knocks them out and others can push it to the limits and be fine.
