Day One
So today I start the Cambridge Diet, and starting myself on step 1. I met with my CDC today and I'm really looking forward to getting properly into this. I know the 1st week will be the hardest but if I just give myself the 7 days before my next weigh-in, then I know it'll be worth it in the end.
Having my 1st shake now - a wee ready made banana one and I'm pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to drink. I am feeling a little bit sicky though, but my CDC did warn me that might happen.
It just feels a bit weird not having any food, but I'm sure I'll get over that soon enough.

I've started reading through peoples' journeys on here and it is definitely helping. Just trying to keep myself really busy and remind myself I don't *need* food as my body has all it needs just now.
