    WI this morning +4lbs - not at all surprised I have been completely off plan this week and have had chocolate etc...

    Re-start tomorrow. Prob going to follow SS+ and have an evening meal of Chicken and veg.

    I have a visit home in March so I want to lose as much as possible by then - I've I could be in the 9's by 9th March I will be more than happy with that.

    Going for a Valentines meal tonight so will enjoy my last supper

    Thumbs up Re-start Sunday 17th Feb...

    Re-start today. I have decided to follow SS+ 3 product and a 200kcal meal.

    Just done some shopping - got lots of chicken, veg and a kitchen scales - I will follow to the letter this time!

    Plan today -
    B - Cranberry bar (I know I shouldn't have bars until I'm in ketosis but that's what I had in my delivery)
    L - Chocolate Tetra
    D - Chicken, broccoli and cauliflower mash (80g)
    S - Last shake as a hot chocolate before bed.

    As I've mentioned people in work are being funny about me going back on CWP since being ill - so through the week I will have my meal during the day and keep my bar for my tea.

    Next WI Saturday 23rd...

    Really frustrated with myself... I need to get my head back into diet mode. My tummy is bloated and my face is looking cubby again

    Come on Sarah!! You can do this!! I went to London a fortnight ago and was off plan but still managed to lose 3lb, it gave me a false sense of confidence and do I was tweaking left right and centre at a christening last week but then had 5 solid ss+ days and was gutted to only lose 1lb this week. If we keep playing with it we won't get the results we want. I am trying to have a word with myself, but like you a couple of days off makes it hard to get back into. Come on, be sting and think of your goals! You are the only one who can get yourself there!! Xxxx

    Thanks hun... Your right. I was so ill a couple of weeks ago it scared me a little - been worried about going back down to low cals but I need to do this!
