Not so good today. Only one product an egg and 3 cups of tea...

Run out of cambridge products and really struggle drinking others.

Dont think ill have a loss this week if I'm honest..

Payday Friday so I can get a weeks worth of tetras - I love them and always 100% when Ive got them... So hoping it will make a big difference next week?!?

Congrats on Day 24. Are you taking a multi-vitamin? Because you are mixing products you might be short on potassium or something. Consider adding one to your plan.

    You doing good, Foo Friend!

Day 25 - Totally fed up! Had my weigh in and I've not lost any weight

Im not giving up but might have some chicken for tea to stop me cracking up...

Im going to buy some scales today - my cdc scales are a bit hard to read as they are not digital - im sure they are right but i just want to make sure.
