1st Jan 2013:-
Day 1 for me today - I'm using up old shakes until my appointment with my CDC on the weekend. So no official weigh in until my first appointment (however I think I've got around 2 stone to lose)
I am determine to get to goal in the next 8 (ish) weeks - I don't want to spend all year battling with my weight... I want to enjoy this year by going out and wearing nice clothes... I am also going to make sure that going to the gym is just a part of my weekly routine.
I'm home today and only had 1 shake so far..... Also not enough water (always struggle with water at home)
Back in work tomorrow and planning on gym before work (I aim to do this 3 times a week) and also I'm going to start classes with the girls from work.
