    Sarah's 2013 Diary

    1st Jan 2013:-


    Day 1 for me today - I'm using up old shakes until my appointment with my CDC on the weekend. So no official weigh in until my first appointment (however I think I've got around 2 stone to lose)

    I am determine to get to goal in the next 8 (ish) weeks - I don't want to spend all year battling with my weight... I want to enjoy this year by going out and wearing nice clothes... I am also going to make sure that going to the gym is just a part of my weekly routine.

    I'm home today and only had 1 shake so far..... Also not enough water (always struggle with water at home)

    Back in work tomorrow and planning on gym before work (I aim to do this 3 times a week) and also I'm going to start classes with the girls from work.

    Bum - 42"

    Hello! We have a similar amount of weight to lose! I started yesterday, but today is the first day at 100%. how are you finding it? I tried it a few months ago but had to stop due to financing. really hoping it works as quick as people say!! xx

    It does really work... I done CD originally in 2009 and went from 12st 12 to 9st 2lb (but have let it slip this past year lol)

    Well done on 100% day - here's to another tomorrow!

    I started today -- I have at least two stone to lose. I will weigh tomorrow -- as I weighed on the 2nd in 2012. I'm hoping I the same or less than I did on that date, but I doubt it. Fingers crossed.

    NSVs (Non-Scale Victories)

    Show any loss with March 2014 Restart
    Exercise at least 3 times a week (Dog Walks Mon - Fri 2 plus miles)
    Start doing Fitness Classes again (Aqua Fit Mon and Wed, and Fitness Pilates on Saturday)
    Be comfy in jeans US12
    Get into US 10
    Be comfy in US 10
    Get into Goal Jeans US 8
    Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)

    Scale Scores

    Lose
    Lose
    Lose to be what I weighed the last time I'd checked before restarting
    Lose to be 160
    Lose to be at my 2013 lowest weight

    Yay you! Sticking to it and gym session. Some of that will be the carb bloat and water -- you should see a big loss this first week. Back in the 10s soon, I'm sure.

    I picked up some Atkins bars to get me through until I see my CDC... They are on sale in tesco - love the coconut ones!

    So far today I've had 1 shake and Atkins bar - will have last shake when I get home (and might have a cup of tea).

    Good tip. But I can't eat the Atkins --they give me bad wind (actual stomach camps). TMI -- I think they have a lot of malitose.
