I previously lost just under 6stone two and a half years ago with the help of CWP and a fab consultant. I got meningitus and then got pregnant within weeks of my wedding so had to stop, I've dabbled with other diets (mainly slimming clubs!) since but none have given me quick results that I felt I could last the whole 10ish stone. So I'm back to give it another go!<br>

I'm waiting for my form back from the gp but I'm hoping to start on step 2, though with the amount I've consumed over xmas it may be step3.<br>

Good luck, I'm back after a few months off after my Sept wedding.
Fingers crossed we both manage to get back into it :)
 
You can do this - like you I have previously lost 6 stone (twice actually :sigh:) and then put the weight back on and more - which is why in Sept 2012 I started CWP with over 9stone to lose!! :D I know it can be disheartening when you have done it before, think of something to motivate you and stay focused on that aim. Time flies when you don't think about it - although I know thats hard to do as well! hehe...Summer of this year we will be slim, healthy and happy!
 
It is so much easier when you have something to focus on - before it was the wedding this time I don't want to be uncomfortable on my 25th birthday (start of Dec)

I've let the first half of my 20's slip me by, not happening with the second half!

My form has been signed so I am all set to begin - eeeeeekkkk!
 
Best of luck! I'm 29 in March so want to enjoy my last year of my 20s with a slim figure :)
 
Day 1

Just been to see my consultant :) She's set me an intrim of 2st, which is my kinda 'brickwall' that I couldnt break through in 2012.

I start at 19st 11lbs, would like to be in the 18s next week!

Just had my first pint of water, aiming for 3l a day, I drink quite a lot anyway. Shake time soon :)

Hoping Im as positive come Saturday/Sunday!
 
Almost the end of your first day - well done!! I agree with you ladies about the before 30 - my 21st was always my target and while I was a slimmer 15stone 12lbs I never did properly lose my weight and then when I did I put it back on again and then some...now coming up-to 27 its time to change!! We can do it ladies!!

Day 1 almost over! Bit shakey, had 4.5 pints of water. Think I'll have an early night, feeling pretty rough:(
 
keep it up Kimboowee hopefully you will feel a bit better tomorrow - roll on to day 4 and 5 and you will feel great!
Im like scooterchick I wanted to get it off for my 40th didnt happen so thats ot now spent 40yrs yoyo dieting including 2 x of 4st weightloss on cd so this is the final time.
we will all keep each other company

Ah thanks ladies, alas that picture was taken around 5 years ago, I don't suppose I look that much different but defintely not as good! However, I aim to look like that again, with perhaps a few more wrinkles :)
 
P.S My only secret is as much sun avoidance as possible!
 
i'm back on cambridge. Lost 1 stone 7 and then put a stone back on in 6 weeks of binge eating really if im honest. Had a honeymoon and a big xmas of feasting and feel annoyed with myself. Am determined to loose, go through steps and maintain normally for life. I do not want to start yo-yo dieting like thsi and end up bigger than i started! x
 
Day 2

Killer headache during the night, really struggled to sleep. Had a few painkillers this morning so its starting to ease. I don't think it was dehydration as I ended up having well over 3l.

Had 1l so far today, feeling ok - not had a shake yet. Imagining how I'm going to look and feel in a few months is really keeping me on track! I don't have any big social events until mid - April and I could be down 5.5 st by then, no means goal but I'll be over half way.

I've not told my dad, I want to see the suprise on his face next time we see him - I'm trying to hold off for as long as possible :) We see him every 6 weeks or so but it might not be until the babys bday in April. Even got my outfit planned!
 
Feeling a bit shakey again. Can't wait for the baby to go to bed, going to have a bath with all my nice smellies and watch the soaps! Was supposed to be going out tomorrow night but I'll think I'll give it a miss
 
Day 3

Still feeling shakey? Bad breath and metallic taste, will poas later!

Off out to pick new bedroom furniture later, I dont think Im going to go out tonight, even though it would be a cheap night lol
