Thread: Im back

Hi all ,

Well after loosing 4 stone last year and gaining a stone back it's my 1st day back on SS today I'm determined to get over these first 3 days until get into ketosis then I will feel better(hopefully) good luck to everyone who starting back again x

Good luck, i think it worse re-starting because you know how bad the first few days can be! Hope it goes as quick as possible!
