Dianes daily diary
Thought I would try and keep a daily log to try and spur me on.
Well restarted CD yesterday, met with a new consultant on Thursday and she was great. I've seen a few consultants in the past but none of them has been as good as this one. I spent an hour with her going through my history of yoyo dieting etc. Anyway started yesterday on SS and feel great. I cannot afford to muck about this time, my knees are killing me and just general aches and pains. I'm 46 and weighed in at 16st 6.5lbs (disgusted with that number). I want to lose 5 stone if possible and at least 3-4 stone by June as i'm going on a hot holiday and don't want to look like a beached whale.
Drank 3 ltrs water yesterday so that was good although I spent half the day in the loo.
On day 2 now and feel okay.
Got a dr's appt on the 15th so i'm hoping I can lose a stone by then as the nurse is weighing me every 12 weeks when I have my b12 injection.
Welcome back on plan! how is day 2 going?
Hi, day 2 is going great, no hunger pangs or anything. Find the water intake a bit harder to do when i'm at home, but will hopefully be up to 2.5 ltrs by the time I go to bed. Just had a nice relaxing bath and read the diet book that my Cambridge. Consultant gave me.
How much have you lost and what week are you on?
Well day 3 completed, so far so good. Need to try and up the water intake today as only managed 2litres yesterday. Weighed this morning and i was up a lb (sigh) don't know why as i've not cheated, shouldn't get on the scales every day but I can't help it. Weigh day is Thursday so still 4 days to go.
On day 7 today... Weigh in tonight :-)

my consultant really confused me but I think i lost 8 or 9 pounds... Gonna weight myself again tomorrow morning when I will have completed a week and see what that says... I weighed myself the day I started so that will be more accurate... My weigh ins were at diff times of day at my cwpc
