Thought I would try and keep a daily log to try and spur me on.
Well restarted CD yesterday, met with a new consultant on Thursday and she was great. I've seen a few consultants in the past but none of them has been as good as this one. I spent an hour with her going through my history of yoyo dieting etc. Anyway started yesterday on SS and feel great. I cannot afford to muck about this time, my knees are killing me and just general aches and pains. I'm 46 and weighed in at 16st 6.5lbs (disgusted with that number). I want to lose 5 stone if possible and at least 3-4 stone by June as i'm going on a hot holiday and don't want to look like a beached whale.
Drank 3 ltrs water yesterday so that was good although I spent half the day in the loo.
On day 2 now and feel okay.
Got a dr's appt on the 15th so i'm hoping I can lose a stone by then as the nurse is weighing me every 12 weeks when I have my b12 injection.
