7st does feel like a lot, ive lost 6 since March which certainly isnt as fast as others but still is a LOT of weight to have lost in 9 months so i'm very proud of myself and cant imagine how on earth i was 6stones heavier if that makes sense. Ive just had my lovely choc mint as a late lunch.
The good thing abou the choice of adding a meal means you're less likely to stray, try to stick to protein based foods if you do feel the need to eat ie meats or eggs, scrambled egg made with skimmed milk will do a grand job of filling you up and wont affect ketosis!!! Need to be careful coz a lot of veggies have carbs in them so can affect ketosis, dark green tend to have very little or none but make sure you're reading packets and keeping an eye on both carb content and fat content.
Have you set yourself any little target goals and are you going to make sure you treat yourself say every 10lbs or every 1st to a non food treat to keep you motivated?
