    Tinas weight loss diary

    I started the diet on 3/1/13 so now just hit the one week mark.

    Starting weight: 16st 13lbs
    10/1/13: 16st 5lbs
    Started 8/1/12 @ 13st 7lbs

    Today I had the first person mention that I've lost weight and said my face was slimmer. It's nice to get compliments like that as its then I
    Know it is working as I still don't feel like I have lost weight! My TOM is due so am expecting weight loss will be small this week.
