    No more excuses!!

    Day one!! This is my 3rd time at Cambridge and im determined to do this. Weighing in at 16.6 which has shocked me I was 17 stone this time last year just before I have birth to my daughter! Support and encouragement would be a big help this time as I have to do this!
    My goals

    1. To have more energy for my kids and for myself.

    2. To like myself again.

    3. To get that boob job my doctor has promised me!

    4. To lose and maintain

    5. My wedding.

    I haven't told anyone about this diet as I have failed twice before but something feels different this time so I'm going to do it!! X

    I am just starting my second week. I lost 10lb week 1. Not a bad start! x

    Goal 2 - Get to 14st 10lb by 31-5-13

    Week 1+2 = -14.5lb

    Hi , I was exactly the same weight as you on the 4th January , actually half a pound more, been on cambridge 11 days and have lost a stone already . once you get past that first four days its easy . drink plenty of water and keep busy . good luck on your journey ,how much you aiming to lose.

    Hi

    I'm aiming to lose four stone so that I can get a boob reduction as I'm currently in agony and a bra size 38 j! Even when I lose weight they don't go down that much! X
