    evening all,

    hows everyone doing today. just had my meal and have a hot choc left for later with one born every minute.
    still strugling with this bloat. feel fatter then ever now. hope it passes soon.
    anyone have weigh ins today? x

    i know what you mean. i seem to be eating the same meal every night aswell so its getting pretty boring now. i need a big loss to boost me again. hopefully something happens for me in the next few days.

    Mmmm curry lol! I've just made a toffee and walnut cake out of half a shake to give me something to munch on, pretty good! And had the other half of the sachet as a hot drink! Full now!

    Hi ruey! I made up half a packet of shake with enough water to make a runny paste consistency... This time a used a blender and the cake was a bit lighter! Popped in ramekin and put microwave for a minute! X

    Hey ruey! Having a good day today! Managed to skid and slide my car out of the street to take my daughter to school did a bit of shopping then picked her up and took her to nursery so have a nice calm quite house this afternoon which is nice!

    Have to share with everyone that I bought some cherry coke zero today in tesco ( their own brand) and omg I don't think I have ever been so excited about coke before!!! I feel like hiding it from my husband as that is my luxury item that I don't want him to guzzle!!!! I'm going to allow myself one glass a day as a pick me up!

    I am feeling fantastic today hope u all are too!!

    I was thinking if doing that with diet coke, having 1 a day but I'm going to wait til I'm desperate cos I think I'd end up having loads n no water!. I can imagine how exciting it was!!!!
