    My journey!

    So day 1 over! I'm actually feeling really emotional about food, work as a carer for people with dementia and means i also am cooking food grrrr

    Anyway today has not been great already struggling! I have no willpower at all!I'm however trying to focus on day 5 when hopefully the worst will be over!!

    I'm currently 16.11 and so want to do this! Any support, tips it advice will be great for me as I know I will start to feel like cracking soon!
