Getting motivation back
Hi, I have been in plan since may 20th last year and have lost 78lbs. I came off for a planned break in September and since then have struggled to get back into it! I have another 35 pounds to lose but am really struggling.
Today is a new restart and I'm hoping I can do this - my next weigh in is Tuesday and am aiming for a 3/4 pound loss. I know I can cope at work as my workmates are very supportive it's at home I struggle when everyone is eating lovely food!

I am so hungry today! Don't remember it being this tough before! 1 bar down and will have my shake in about 30 minutes.
Just had my last shake, have drank at least 6 pints of water so feel quite full.
Hoping that the rest of the week proves to be as successful!
Day 3 almost over x not felt hungry today but have really wanted to eat. Several times today I felt myself just about to crack but the thought of tuesdays wi and stepping on the scales and not having lost or gained is keeping me strong at the moment and also the thought that I would be wasting my money!
