Hi Everyone, First time on Cambridge and first time on a diet forum. Have read a lot of inspirational threads on here and some of the before and after pics are absolutely amazing!! I think I would benefit from the support from others, and hopefully I can give some support myself.
Yesterday - Day 1 start weight 12stone 4 1/2lbs
Target weight 9stone 4, so let the weight lose commence!!
I started on thursday and need to lose around the same as you, when i started i was 12.5 and want to come down to 9.7 so will be good if we support eachother... Ive found reading everyones posts on here has really helped me get through the last few days :)

I have around 3 stones to shift too :-( lost 12 so far get weighed on wed think that's my 4th week but messed about a bit in week 2and 3 as had tonsilitus
Week 1 lost 9 lbs
Then 2 lbs
Week 3 1lb
Week 4 tbc hoping for 3-4 xx
Im also starting Cambridge on Friday, feeling a bit stressed out about it but determined to be skinny this summer!

End of Day 2
Felt quite shaky and dizzy today not to mention moody but that's to be expected in the early day so not to worry. Due to that been a lazy 1.
B - apple & cinnamon porridge..not a fan of the texture or taste tbh :(
L - Strawberry sachet shake..yum!!
D - Leek & Potato soup..also nice
2.5 litres of water. 1 black tea and 3 green teas.
Peeing like a racehorse all day long lol x
Still felt quite weak physically today but much stronger mentally, faced food temptation by preparing food for my partner, was hard so used to nibbling a wee bit here and there when cooking and licking spoons ect..
Still 100% on track, opted for quite a variety of flavours to try for my first week and been enjoying them all so far bar the porridge, I actually can't bring myself to eat it, anyone else feel this way about the porridge?

Hi Amy, good luck for your goal of 4 Stone. I'm finding it not to bad so far, think once I see my first scales result on Saturday it will encourage me more. How about you? We're you successful last time? X
Day 4 completed!! Not felt hungry as much today but do have a feeling of emptiness, Weird!
Had spicy tomato soup at lunch, didn't stir in very well.
The longer you do it the easier it is! Been on it since Aug 2012 lost 3stone 13lbs. My bmi gone from 48 to 37! Starting to lack a little motivation more tho, just thinking if the skinny me! :-)
