Where is my willpower gone?
Hi,
I started in Nov and was doing really well to start with. Ive lost 2 stone so far but was hoping for more. Im really lacking willpower for some reason even though i want this so much.
Been reading stories etc but evenings are my down fall. And have set myself a goal to lose 2 stone more by 16th March, which is 4lbs per week. Anyone have any tips?
