I started on sole source+ on 04th Feb. For a long time I was against VLCDs but I feel differently about it now. Not having to count calories is such a relief!
I've been overweight since I was a teenager and I've tried many diets..Atkins..Weight Watchers..Slimming World..I've tried counting calories but having a hectic job makes it very difficult to stay on track.
Here's hoping that this time I will be successful!
My goal is to fit into a size 8 jeans again.
