Hi guys I'm new on here been on sole source two weeks on Saturday feel great best I have felt in a long time
Lost 11lbs first week, I'm not going to lie but it was really hard
My daily diet would be
Breakfast
Two slices toast with clover spread with a cup of coffee full fat milk and two sugars
Lunch
Cheese and onion sandwich
Packet mini cheaders
Lion chocolate bar
Dinner
Microwave curry, easy meals!!
Snacks
More chocolate biscuits and bowel of cereal about 7 clock
I'm ashamed to write it all down down as sounds excessive!
This is why I have to stick to it!
I want to loose 5stone don't know how possible it is but I'm willing to give it a go!
Please tell me about your journey so I can encourage myself
I'm hoping to get a weigh in buddy! Xx
