    New starter

    Hey all

    First day on Cambridge diet. Nervous but it just has to be done.
    My weight loss goal is three stone by April.
    Has anyone got any tips to help me? As I have read the first few days is hell, lol

    I'm also hoping that keeping this diary will help me along

    Start weight 14 stone 2lbs

    Are you going to do sole source or SS+? Anyhow, the first 3 days are the most difficult, after you get into ketosis and you don't feel that hungry...at least that was the case with me.
    I have also started a diary because I think it will keep me motivated and it is also a commitment.
