    Well I'm back again, did sole source last year for 12 weeks finishing in May. Decided to kick start my weightloss again before summer time. When I finished in May 2012, I was 13st 3lbs - I am currently 13st 12lbs. So a 9lb gain in 10 months. I started my whole journey at 15st 6lbs so pretty impressed that I have managed to keep a good bit off. I would like to get down to 11st or size 12 Will try and get some pictures up tonight before and now.

    Week 3 - lost 4 1/4lbs
    Week 4 and 5 - 6 3/4 lbs 5 3/4 inches
    week 6 -lost 2.5lb
    week 7 - lost 3.5lb

    5 weeks off plan. Restarted 9/5/2013 (weighed on my scales this morning)

    Thank you lauraswift, for the welcome Struggling today, was up at 5am for work, here till 12pm and it's going to be a long day - already had 2 pints or water, 2 black teas and 1 shake. Trying to space out these shakes until at least 7-8pm tonight, is going to be a killer.
