6 weeks and 3 days until im a bride ahhhhhh

Hi everyone, this is my 2nd time with this diet! Put on about 1st which isn't too bad but I need to get it off before my wedding in just over 6 weeks!

I have my 2nd dress fitting Monday coming so would like to get as much off as I can by then!
I may do ss for this week and see how I get on! Ideally I need to loose most of it by Monday so we can see if we need any alterations!
I'm currently 11st 0lbs and by next week if like to be 10st 7lb at least!

Il need all the support I need so please help with any tips etc
