Hello Everyone,
Im 21 years old and starting the Cambridge diet third time round! I need to loose 8 stone to get to my ideal weight with is 12st yes im 20st! I need some help and success stories to keep me going or anyone who needs to loose alot maybe for a chat or support... or is there anyone whos on day 1 and is struggling too??

Well done ladies on your weight losses to date - I bet you can't wait for Summer and all those smaller sized lovely clothes. I know I can't. I would love to join you all for support and friendship as I am trying to lose 4 stone too.

I'm on my first day of Cambridge today, im 20 and weigh 15 stone 9.8 pounds! .. my goal weight is to get down to 8 stone by the time me, my partner and our daughter go on holiday on the 28th of September, and i think if i stick to this diet 100% i should just be able to get there!?

Hi all would love to join this chat and buddy system. I started cambridge on 19/02 and so far have lost 1stone 11lb total as of last Thursday. I started at 21.13 and 3/4 and now weigh 20.2 and 3/4. Am hoping to hit my 2 stone this Thursday. Although the loses have been good last week was only 3 quarters of a pound so was gutted. This weekend has been my hardest weekend so far and nearly given in to temptation a few times. Am not sure if I struggled due to low weight loss. Am feeling fab again today and have not struggled today at all. You are all doing so well. It is def worth it and we will look fab this Sumer. If we get one! :))
Hey all, would love to join this group too. This is my second time doing CD and would love the support from people in the same situation! First time round I started at 19stone 9lbs! Managed to get down to 18.7 but I fell pregnant so obviously had to stop. My little boy came along in November and I've been back on CD since January. Amazingly I went back to my CDC in January 18stone 4lbs! 3lbs lighter than when I left and I'd had a baby and Christmas!! I've now got down to 16.11 and my bmi is low enough to stay SS which I've started today. So that's me! Any support/encouragement would be great :D hope you're all well xx

Personally I love the shakes but not so keen on the soups. :).
