    My diary

    Hello everyone!


    I am new here on day 2 of the ss+ cambridge diet finding it ok........ISH but then I haven't had a day where I have had to go to work and have it yet.

    I am 16 1/2 stone and want to lose 3 stone in 12 weeks not sure if I am over reaching for this goal? Any advise would be appreciated.

    I am a long term over eater but now really want to get back to the size I used to be and be able to wear all the nicer clothes I used to be able to wear.

    Had a real moment of weakness today but I didn't cave in!! Very proud moment,

    Any one got any tips on how to make the first few weeks easier??

    Day 3 and it's been ok drinking lots of green tea actually isn't that bad.

    Three stone on CD is very doable - just make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water as well as your shakes and keep coming back to Minimins when you need a bit of support.
    The first five days are the hardest ... so once you have cracked those, you're on to a winner.
