first goal - get in the 16st range ! done
second goal - 15st range !good luck everyone! we CAN do it!!
week 1 - -9lbs ....and 10 inches!!!week 2 - -3lbsweek 3 - +4lbs..... hurt my ankle and totally went of diet!!
week 4 - -6lbs
week 5 - -5lbs
week 6 - +2....... dont know why i put on!!
