Dear Diary... :p


So, the stats..21..*cough cough 26*, 5ft6, a laaaady (some may disagree..especially after one to many shandys!) and currently 11stone and possessing an hourglass figure. When i say hour glass, what i mean is a cross between a russian doll and a weeble ;)
My biggest (quite literally) problem is my bottom half! My legs seem to be the shape of a chicken drumstick...attractive i know:) i feel like i am two halves of the same person..my top half i am happy with..the bottom..major issue!! *beep beep* wide load!
THIS IS GOING TO CHANGE :)
I think quite possibly i have done every diet known to man..even the strange concept of healthy eating and exercising ;) but my little friend Mr Will Power seems to abandon me when results don't come quick enough or a galaxy caramel gives me the eye and jumps into my mouth!!
NOT THIS TIME!
i have previously done the cambridge diet before and it was fantastic, i felt brilliant..like a happy, carefree woman you may see skipping merrily through a corn field in a Lenor advert:) Unfortunately my longterm relationship with Mr Cadbury started up again and i also didn't come off the plan correctly! But...this time i am exactly where i wish to be mentally, i WILL stick to it, i WILL follow the steps and i WILL follow a healthy diet and lifestyle!
i want to be happy when i look in the mirror and get that confidence back that i regain when i am slimmer and healthier! I want to remind people i do actually own two legs..as they haven't been sighted since the age of 9 when i was more than likely forced into a dress!! :) and i want to wear the clothes i love without feeling that i look like a giant sausage wrapped in cling film:) annnnnd i waaaant to wear a bikini on the beach without the fear Greenpeace will be called with reports of a stranded whale!!
So..week one is done and blimin well dusted!! This is my week two, my weigh in day is Friday and i am hoping i have lost a couple of pounds..and not from a hole in my purse!!
so..this is me..and this is where my journey begins :D
 
So, today woke up and unfortunately hadn't turned into Eva Mendes :p buttt put my jeans on and they are really lose around my middle ..baggy infact :D my tummy also feels and looks so flat so im really chuffed :)
its a shame shops dont do inbetweeny sizes ...13s,15s,17s haha..i think im a 13! Slighty too big for a 12 but slightly to small for a 14! Dragons den here i come ;) lol
weigh in day friday so just today and tomorrow to get through to see the outcome of my week two!
feeling positive today and my best friend remarked on weightloss saying how she could definitley tell which made me feel really happy :) a compliments always nice to receive! Feeling good..staying on track!

Feeling positive today :) sent my order to my consultant..bars bars bars :D my weigh in is tomorrow so fingers crossed!

today i had leek and potato soup left for dinner as i wanted to save my bar for tonight! A it "meh" about it as im a sweet toother haha! BUUUUUT i had a look at the recipes for cambridge food packs AND i made crisps!!!
oh my gossssh they are LUSH tastes like you are actually eating something you shouldnt be!!!
i am so happy with them and the pack made LOADS!!! And giant ones :)

Hmmm....feeling nit very positive this morning..weigh in in hour an hour!
although i have been 100% i feel i havent lost anything and already feel disheartened! I am also having toilet troubles...TMI and i woke up with a headache :( boohoo for little old me!
well :/ here goes...humphhh!! X
 
Wooohooooooo 5lbs lost this week so so happy!! Was really worried but dont know why!! Breakfast time:) x
 
That's a fantastic loss mrs!!!! Well done :) I'm not a big fan of the soups (especially in this glorious weather). My favourite shake is vanilla. Lovely blended with loads of ice (like runny ice cream) and delicious warm blended with some coffee and a tablet sweetener (or just warm with a sweetener before bed-coffee a big no no then lol)

Hi cheryl! Thank you, was so pleased with it! Your losses have been amazing! I have never tried the shakes with ice..mmm like ice cream sounds delicious!! I will have to try! I usually just have them with cold water..im missing out!!
I've got mostly porridges this week and bars and just a few shakes!! The soups have been abandoned for the week haha!!

Not going too bad so far. Have been nibbling at protein and green veg tho this week so not expecting a massive loss this week. Its also my ovulating week which is worse for me than TOTM week lol. Am so flipping starving ;-)

Glad your ok:) i'm getting on ok..tonight i tested myaelf haha..helped at a charity event and i was serving...biscuits, crisps, ham and cheese rolls...annnnnd the most beautiful, delicious, red velvet cupcakes!! They smelt amazing!
My first week, i was TOTM and let me tell you...day 5 i was like some kind of demon woman haha!! Not safe to be near lol!! I just wish i could speed up time so i can be nearer target, but these things take time i know haha!
Drinking my water and then i think i shall be off to bed and wake up to my bar in the morning :D xx
 
Today,in week 3..i out on my jeans..previously too tight around my tush and thighs and today they are noticeably baggy :) so i am happy with that!
My mum came with flowers for me :) and a gift for every pound i have lost :) facewipes..face mask..etc..thought that was really thoughtful and sweet annnd supportive!
Feel really happy so far, going to include abit of exercise this week to try and help burn the fat! Sunday..cant help but think about roast dinners mmm!!! But for now..its a peanutbar! :)
 
Today...i dont know why but im feeling a little bit fed up...i am so impatient i wish i could just speed time up to target!
i feel like (on my scales) i have been roughly the same weight before yet felt much smaller then :/ so the weight must come off differently each time lol..annoying!! I wish we could pick spots where we want it to come off!! Frustration!
also i bought porridges as i love them but didnt give much consideration to the hot hot hot weather! S now i am having to have hot sachets in the heat..what a wally! Might pop it in the fridge for a few minutes and pretend its similar to a muller rice style thing haha!! ..also...on the moan list...majorly sunburnt!! Oops..im aware all these factors are of my own doing haha!..rant over :) x
 
Tomorrow is my weigh in day! I'm still in the weird, unhappy mood and i dnt know why! I feel like i am craving, yet i know ot to have it..i just basically feel like im in week one :( wanting anything sweet! This week i feel has not gone very well, two days i had 4 products imstead of 3..so today was blimin left with one sachet! I split it in half and it was the tiniest breakfast and tea ive ever seen haha so wont be having 4sachets a day again! I also had an exante shake that i had left over as i didnt want to "come off plan" although im obviously aware they are different companies etc. but hey..the way im feeling..better than a bar of chocolate hey!!
going to get weighed tomorrow morning and hope or pray that ive lost something, feel like ive been in a mental battle for days, torturing myself and i cant figure out why. I think..THINK..it is that i want the weight loss to be visibley noticeable to meee and for me to be happy with my progress so i can move up my steps and negin eating healthy and going to the gym..i just want it to hurry :( good things come to those who wait i guess!!
im going to try and start tomorrow as the new fresh day that it is amd hope its better than this week!! X
 
Keep going it won't be long until you notice a difference! I found the first 2 weeks the worst trying to get settled into it! Once your passes that hurdle you'll sail through and it'll be worth it when you see the pounds dropping off and those jeans getting bigger and bigger :) keep up the good work and good luck for your weigh in x
 
Thank you gilly x had my weigh in today ..lost 1lb..was 100% so abit hmphy haha! But in total thats 18lbs in 3 weeks so cant complain. My cinsultant is so lovely and we had a chat and she said it may be due to totm also, and my body adjusting, so new week..new start,,trying to find that PMA i had lol hope your week is going well x
 
On the upside, i have gone from 30inch waist to 27..so thats a bonus ..positivity this week..water water water haha
 
Got weighed in today and have lost 5lbs :) soooo happy!! Anything after this wil be the lowest ive been so i feel very pleased today :) x

Lost 2lbs this week, think i need to add a little exercise into it to help boost me up a little, but hey ho 25lbs in 5weeks:) just gotta keep going :) x
