Step2 810kcal Slipping and scared!

Havent really started a diary and think it could help so here it goes....

I am a changed person since starting the plan in April, nearly 3 stone lighter, happier, smaller and living the new clothes!!!!

It has been such an experience and my friends and family cant believe how good i am feeling- it feels greet "nothing tastes better than skinny feels"!

Why oh why then am i now reaching for the crisps, bread, chocolate, etc etc etc.

I just dont get it! :(

I need to stay focused- pleassseee help me!!!!

It's the easiest thing that's why.... And your body and mind crave those delicious treats once u have tasted them - don't have any at home - remember what u looked like before do u have a photo u could have on the fridge/kitchen to remind u - 3st is an amazing achievement, 4 for me and I am over the moon and yes I have days were I could demolish everything on site but I remember how unhappy I was xx

Another 5lb loss today, i feel great!


I will not let myself slip and become that fat person again. I feel so much younger, healthy and happier!
 
I need to stay focussed, been sooooo hungry last few days, well actually, not so much hungry, more snacking. Feel like gained a stone, stomach hurts from all the rubbish :(

Anyone else find themselves doing this? Dont know whats wrong with me :(

first off saw your photos your are looking totally fantastic.

there isn t anything wrong with you your moving into maintenance and if it was easy we d all keep the weight off no prob. but don t be fooled the self sabotage button is still there we all need to work out our own triggers that make us press it.

you can t change today snackfest but tomorrow is not going to be the same, is it?
if you can do a little exercise tonight, great even if it is just some sit up or a half hour walk.

what step are you on? or how long have you been off ss? im only into my second week of step 3 so its pretty new for me as well.

if i were you i d print out the new photo and put it up in the kitchen just to remind you what you risk throwing away. id all take heart from the fact that your facing your worries head on, cause many folks dont and it can let the snacking turn to a binge.

I really need to stick to the maintenance programme.

Still struggling after Christmas. I really do not know what my problem is. Yesterday I ate everything in sight, leaving me feeling guilty and ill today!!!!

Need to get a grip!!! Help!!!!
