Hi Everyone!

Well, I finally found my "Fat" Picture. You know the one! The one where you actually realise you are F.A.T! The one that doesn't say curvy, big boned, "you hide it well", "you aren't that big". It's the one that screams "YOU ARE FAT!!"

So here I am. FAT, and ready to be SKINNY!

Once I can, I will post the "FAT PIC". I've already printed it out and tried to make a mini motivational poster for myself (it's using a digikit as I am getting into crafting too).

I'm also going to make some Motivational posters of why I am ready to lose weight, what it means to me, to be fat, and some of my rewards as I lose the weight.

Would love you company on my journey.

I brought my FAT photo montage and "skinny" jeans to my Consultant today! Now I am trying to create a PMA poster for myself and I've already pinched a line from someone on here "If you are tired of starting over, stop giving up!" - it's a fantastic line!

OK, 2 shakes down and 2.5l drank. But it's only 4pm.
I finish work at 9pm so another 5 hours before I can go to bed (I work from home)!!!

So far today I've had
B - Spicy Tomato
L - Choc Mint with crushed ice (yummy!!)

For dinner I am going to have Mango with crushed ice too. :D
 
Oh WOW!! The melon with crushed ice is fabulous!! Seriously good!! I only got one to try it, but its now a must on my list!!
 
Yes!! My Consultant gave me one this morning to try and I wish I had taken more! It's really scrummy!!
 
Right, luncheon - I think I am going to try Leek & Potato Soup.
I've made it quite spicy by adding a number of spices and herbs. But I still think I am going to stick to shakes now, until the winter time.

What time do most people take their shakes at??

Hey Tilley

I'm on day one today of my second cd journey. This time I will not stop until I reach my target and happy weight!

I have had 2.5ltrs so far and only 1 shake. Will have another shake at 5ish them one about 9 before bed. Usually have first shake at 1ish.

So far so good today. Just keeping busy and drinking lots of water. When it cools down I will head out for a big walk :)

Well done for starting again! I've just had my third shake today already...today is a struggle...tomorrow I will start my shakes later in the day!

I have kept myself busy and only just realized I have only had 1 shake today so off to have another oops! Hope your day hasn't been to much of a struggle x
 
If necessary I will have an tetra pak, in desperation. I'd rather do that, than come off the diet altogether and fail on the second day! :eek:)
 
One more meeting then bed early for me. I have a liquorice tea to stave off any temptations.
Fingers cross I make it another 100% day! :D
