My Diary on the Cambridge Diet x
Hi Guys and Girlies,
Just writing this diary to motivate myself. I registered on this site a few days ago after reading all the comments about the Cambridge diet so I have no idea how to use it etc! So bear with me! lol
Im on Day 1 - I haven't eaten since yesterday lunch time Not hungry so far just feel abit tired and heads hurting abit! BUT I know its all going to be worth it!
I have eaten exactly what ive wanted the last week so I know im not deprived! This isn't for long so I need to deal with it!
Ive tried so many diets in the past but I think I need an "All or nothing" strategy!
Let me know if anyone is going through the same could do with the support as no one knows im on this diet!

Drink lots of water that helps with the headaches.
week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs wk 11- 2 lbs wk12- 6.5 lbs wk 13- 2.5 lbs wk 14- 2.5 lbs wk 17- 3.5 lbs wk 18 - 5 lbs
Week One - 17 1/2 lbs
Week Two - 4 1/2 lbs
Week Three - Consultant on holiday
