This is it.. the FinalStand!!

Hi all,

I have decided that I am fed up of starting and failing every diet.. I have tried Cambridge before but after 3 weeks I came off 'for one night' to celebrate our dating anniversary and never got back into it! I am currently still 11lbs lighter than when I started that first time around.. and I am trying to focus on that rather than the fact I am x lbs heavier than when I stopped last time!! ;-)

I have a few packets left from before so today was Day 1 and I am looking into finding a new consultant near me as I felt my previous one was not very helpful or supportive. Although I have more motivation anyway this time as the boyfriend has recently become the fiancé :D

But I worry that I will once again tail off as I start seeing results.. so I thought I would start a diary and write down how things are going, rather than just lurking like I did last time.. maybe that will help? Who knows?! What I do know is that I am so tired of being unhappy with my weight.. of it holding me back.. of it affecting my relationships with family, friends and colleagues!

So, here's to the final time.. the final stand.... here's to it finally working for good!!!!!! :cross:
 
Day 2: woke up proud that I had managed a full day yesterday.. and overcome the temptation to eat with my other half in the evening! Started with a cappuccino shake this morning.. with half a cup of strong, black coffee added to help me start the day!

Had a vegetable soup for lunch (glad I only had one of the leek and potato ones I had yesterday, really didn't like it!!) and now trying to catch up on my water intake as it hasn't been very good at all today or yesterday due to work.. plan is to have a chocolate shake warm later on.

Jumped on the scales this morning and was pleasantly surprised but going to try really hard to not let it become a habit.. anyone else find that hard?
 
Day 3: Feeling lighter this morning and more positive.. found last night hard and I was quite grumpy initially but I realise no one is making me do this.. I have chosen it because I want quick results and in order to achieve that I need to get on and make the most of it :)
