    Afternoon all,

    I'm back for day 1 on The Cambridge wagon and I'm very happy about it.

    i guess I'm just happy to know I'm going to be back in control :-)

    My past journey was amazing and I lost over 6st in 6 months but sadly I was foolish and didn't go up the steps I went on honeymoon and then more or less came off plan when we got home.

    Within the past year I've out all but a few lbs back on and I am now ready to admit I was happier and far healthier when I was slim.

    I have a new consultant whom I met today and like a lot but to be honest I find this place a great support so will only need her for the products.

    I have 7 clear weeks without any social events ( very very rare for me ) but then Dec is MANIC, my aim is to drop at least 2 st by Xmas.
    I tend to stick to tetras and bars but do like the soups and porridge so I'm very lucky that I actually enjoy the products.

    Anyway enough for now, off for my 2nd shake and more water lol.

    Morning all :-)

    Well I done it . . . . .

    Managed day 1, SS I'm at work later on a late shift, 4pm to 0200 so by then I will have had 2 products and will have the 3rd at work.
    I found it easier whilst at work last time I used the plan. I did plan a full house blitz this morning but the weather is vile and I already have no energy so it can wait ? I know within a few days my energy levels will be through the roof.

    To top it off The dreaded magic fairy is here and I have my monthly friends visiting.
    My weight recorded yesterday on my card was 16.12, I had thought it was 16.13 but will go with a starting weight of 16.12 as its 1 less lb to lose lol.
    I'm setting my initial goal at 11.12 which gives me a whopping 5st to lose.
    I did get down to 10.13 last year but 11.12 is a good place to aim for at the moment :-)

    I'm a serial weigher so have jumped on the scales this morning BUT won't record my daily weights as I like the bigger drops at the end of each week.

    I'm now going to torture myself by catching up with last nights Great British bake off which will keep me entertained this morning and strangely keep my mind off food ?

    Day 2 completed and 100% SS again :-)

    Not as much water as I like to drink but still over 2ltr, will try and up it over the next few days but the loo visits are a killer lol.

    Nothing much to report other than being a bit tired which is to be expected.

    Day 3 tomorrow and hopefully in Ketosis the day after ( Friday ) CC gave me a couple of sticks to check so I may even check tomorrow evening.

    The 1st time I found it a breeze to be honest so I'm praying this time is as easy lol, like you I'm taking it one day at a time.

    Morning love, my self imposed WI is on Saturday morning; I see my Counsellor once a month - but this week my CWPC encouraged me to weigh on Wednesday (yesterday was day 5) to keep me motivated - which worked .

    Hi Viita! Good morning Dearheart - how's day 4 so far? You're really doing phenomenally well - we all are actually (Yay us!) :-)

    Hope your day goes well - my natural 'high' has worn off and although it's 9:30 in the morning the fatigue has kicked in (didn't sleep great - all that trudging to the loo me thinks!). Onwards xxx

    Morning all,

    Day 3 is here and I'm feeling tired but very positive.

    I know it sounds stupid but I'm already feeling less bloated.
    The scales showed a nice loss this morning but I'm going to wait until my official weigh in on a Tue to record my loss.

    Today shall be another 100% SS day and I will either test tonight or in the morning for Ketosis.

    I'm hoping to get out and do a bit walking on my days off do fingers crossed the weather improves. Working until Sunday but then off until Tue so work is a good distraction at the moment.
    I have told only a couple of people and have had mixed responses but to be honest I don't care what people think.
    I am 100% doing this because when I was slimmer I felt so much better ! ! !

    Morning Beverley,
    Day 3 was 100% SS so here goes with day 4.
    I was only up a couple of times during the night but still yawning this morning lol.
    A little bit headachey ( sp) but feeling good and not at all feeling hungry so any cravings will be from habit or moods and not because I'm physically in need of food if that makes sense.
    I'm still not testing with a ketostix as I'm 99.9 % sure I'm in there and as the sticks can be unreliable I don't want to mess with my own head.
    The one thing I know about this plan is you have to be in the right frame of mind and thankfully I am :-)
    Super excited for my weigh in on Tue but have high hopes and doubt I will lose as much as I did on my 1st week last year as I lost a whopping 11 lbs ! I'm telling myself anything around a half st will be fab but fingers crossed its a little more than that.

    I have so many size 12 clothes I bought last year and I'm itching to start going down the sizes in my jeans lol I currently have every size from a 24 to a 12 !
    We go to The Dominican at the end of Jan and I know it won't be as slim as I was in Vegas last year but I WILL be a lot slimmer than I am now.
