Step 1 Sole Source + Uncomfortable no longer

So this is my 2nd proper attempt at Cambridge,
I lost 7lb the first week last time but then gave in as I was weak and I only see the bf once a fortnight and he doesn't want me doing this diet.
As we don't see each other often we do indulge and I understand he wants us to have nice meals together and it is a big part of our weekends but I'm uncomfortable and fed up now.
This time last year I was 11.3 until Christmas when I put on 10lbs and then more over the year, I'd be happy to be that for this Christmas.
I currently weigh 12.5
I've been getting some great advice on here and I'm going to try and be ss+ ( I don't have the meal just the milk for a couple of coffees) and then maybe just have protein and veg the weekends I see the bf.
So I'm starting this diary to try and keep myself motivated.
 
Yay! Diaries are great for support - mine has been invaluable so I hope you find yours the same :) your boyfriend will hopefully feel differently when you start to regain your confidence again :) xx
 
Hi, my bf is my downfall. If you only see each other once a fortnight be super strict and do ss for the days you don't see him and then maybe do 810 the days you do. If you make sure what you eat is protein and veg and no carbs it shouldn't impact too much, the hardest thing is to make sure you go straight back to ss the next day.

Hi, I'm going to try and do that.
I'm having the week after next off work so we'll be together for the whole week which is great but I'm dreading the food situation.
 
So day 2 and good so far, although I am hungry.
I don't see the bf until a week on Friday so hopefully have a good run of being ss until then.
I'm then taking a week off work so we'll be together for a whole week, which I'm looking forward to but dreading the food situation.
Hopefully by then I'll be in the groove, I just then don't want to pile back on anything I manage to have lost by then.
