    Hi Guys,

    Not been on minimins in a long time... Back on CWP today to lose 30lb (poss 37lb dependent on how I feel when I get to goal)

    So I am planning on following SS for as long as I can - I have a couple of nights out planned over Xmas but don't want another festive season where I put on weight...

    I will be planning my days off with my consultant to limit as much damage as possible.

    Start weight 11st 9lb
    Goal weight 9st 7lb
    10/03/2013 - 10st 10lbs
    16/03/2013 - 10st 8lb (-2lb)
    20/04/2013 - 10st 8lb

    Day 6 for me... Not cheated at all - feeling really pleased with myself it's been a long time since I've stuck to a plan 100%

    Going to have a couple of planned days off for Xmas parties etc but I'm not going crazy - feel positive that this is the time I'm going to get to goal.... Glad I'm not waiting until the new year to star

    I'm a bit heavier than you (12.0 stone) -- but have them same goal. I might need to Sole Source as what I've been trying (and I've tried everything) isn't working. I always said I was an "all or nothing" kind of girl.

    Very impressed? No ill effects? Best not to wait - I am not starting 2014 heavier than I did 2013.

    Show any loss with March 2014 Restart
    Exercise at least 3 times a week (Dog Walks Mon - Fri 2 plus miles)
    Start doing Fitness Classes again (Aqua Fit Mon and Wed, and Fitness Pilates on Saturday)
    Be comfy in jeans US12
    Get into US 10
    Be comfy in US 10
    Get into Goal Jeans US 8
    Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)

    No I've actually felt fine... A little headache on day 4 but think that's cos I don't drink as much water...

    Sat watching come dine with me at the moment lol

    I got some mix a mouse today - why have I never tried this before it's lovely!

    Also got the golden veg drink - it's like a cup a soup - going to have this and a bar for lunch at work... No one will ever know!
