So I'm on day 1 of ss, I'm getting married in September 2014! I would like to lose 5 stone before then possibly more!

Would love to hear some stories

Looking forward to weigh day as last nights results on the scales were upsetting!!

Well day 1 done & in bed!!

Not been too bad tbh, I drank 3.5 litres of water & had 1 diet coke can,

Bad addiction to diet coke & CDC advised to try cut down before totally not having it!!

So bring on day 2 xx

Woke up with a bad headache today!!! Didn't think I would as I drank loads xx

Is it normal to feel frustrated, every little thing is bugging me? I'm not normally like this but i feel so angry?
