Starting again,,,last time i hope!!!!

I everyone, i am starting cwp again on saturday! Got all my packs ready!!! I need to do this once and forerall! I made the mistake of not going up the steps last time , and hey ,,,,its all gone to pot i have put a stone and abit back on , very cross with myself!!! I can do it !!! I know i can ,,i am 40 this year and to celebrate we are going to jamaica, i won't to look back on photos and think yeah !!! You did it!!
 
Day1
Feeling excited at starting my journey again!! Would like to try and see if i can lose another 3 st, i have decided to just get through one day at a time through the first week. I have got some planned breaks along the way ! This time i am putting photos of me all over the house of what i used to be for inspiration , on my phone and ipad wall!! Constant reminders why i am doing this !! For me !!!
 
Hiya , firstly good luck !! I have mixed slim and save products before , it was sometimes nice to have the spicy spaghetti for a meal it often kept me on the straight and narrow !! , i am planning to take christmas day/ boxing day off, and new years eve/day and then hopefully a straight run upto my birthday 21 jan, and the straight back on the day after! I am going to try and go for some lomg walks with the dogs aswell just to fit some exercise in !! What about you what are you planning ???
 
I'm away for a week, and it's catered so going to be hard to follow a diet. My plan is 100% til I go away next sat, then damage limitation until I return. Not sure after that coz I'm supposed to be training for a marathon, which isn't really compatible with a vlcd. I guess it depends on what my priorities are.

you're v brave to start so close to Christmas :)
 
Day2 Still going good ,although not going to lie a weekend without a nice glass of wine is not easy !!! But i really want to shift at least 7lbs before chrimbo , so sacrifices have to be made ! Thankfullly i am on step 2 so still have a little meal to look forward to!

D- chicken breast, mushrooms, pak choi, dry fried with zero noodles and mixed with thai soup!
Starting weight- 178.4lbs
This time i have decided to try and keep a daily diary of what i have eaten (going to br truthful) and how i am feeling !
 
Day 3
Well today has not been easy all the festive goodies turned up at work, lots of cake and biscuits , which i am not really bothered about i haven't got a sweet tooth but then ,,,,,,the cheese and biscuits turned up Noooooooo!!! It was so hard to not to cave in !!! Well done me ,,,,, i didn't!!!

Day4
Ooh not good , i fell of the wagon had a slice of pizza and coleslaw,,, tut tut annoyed with myself !

Day5
Right straight back on it !! Don't feel as bad as i thought i would ,, just need to get to christmas eve!!!!

Ok, i have given myself a stern chat ! The fridge has been emptied, and i am bycoting all food shops , hubby said he will eat out of the cupboards/freezer-although i have got enough to feed an army in them!!

Why, why why???am i finding it so hard the second time around ??? I had a few weeks of packs stashed up ,i thought i could go it alone till they were used up to save some money! It hasn't worked i now know having the back up of my consultant is soo important to me to keep me motivated to not cheat , knowing that somone else is going to way me !! Bit the bullet and made another appt for 02 jan i need to wipe the slate clean and a fresh start, i might even try some different products this time around who knows , feeling fat frumpy and a failure,,,,, again story of my life !!!
 
What can i say , its DAY1,,,,again!!
Lets see how it goes, going to try the rice pudding tonight, somerhing new , lets hope its nice!!
 
Day 2
Today i have started my re-vamp, i have had some blonde highlights put in !!! I need to keep motivated and determined how i want to look for my holiday !!! Only i can do this , so i need to keep myself motivated!!!, i have a vision and i need to stick to the plan !
I have never been one for face creams , moisturisers or any of the beauty products out there, but i think its time to start pampering myself and start feeling good about myself!!!!! I am not vain ,,,, but maybe i should be !!!
 
Day 3
Got a banging headache and didn't sleep a wink last night feeling knackered!!!! And its grey and miserable outside,its easier when i am at work !!! Keeping the mind occupied !!
 
Well day 5 is almost over and i got through it , i feel much better and into the swing of it , headache has gone , hunger is not an issue trying hard to concentrate on water , now having a cup of boullion to ward off the leg cramps!! Have got 10 days till away for my birthday weekend , i hope i can shift 7lbs !
 
Yay, day 6
Not hungry, no headche, dying to get on the scales,,,, better not don't want to be diassappointed and fail at the girst hurdle , weigh in is tommorrow , so i need to hold out until then , out with the gurls for lunch so just a plain chicken breadt and salad leaves , washed down with sparkling water !!! Thankgid for step 2 !!!
