    My last time on Cambridge and being a size12 in 2014

    The night before i start my six months on cambridge. I have decided to get weighed monthly because i do a week and have a big loss and think great i can eat to celebrate that number. Which is very naughty :0. New year new me. Its time i master my weight once and for all. Im feeling very optimistic of course i know tomorrow i might be a bit miserable and going through food withdrawals but if i can quit smoking 14 months and counting i can take six months and undo 26 years of binge eating!!! So this diary may very well turn out to be where i vent my tantrums but i also hope its where i showcase my successes.

    Hi there, I have 7 stone to lose and have recently started again...I really enjoyed reading your post it was like reading about me! I would love for us to do this together. I too am going to get weighed monthly, although my cdc consultant has recommended at least every fortnight...I am a serial weigher and if the scale says I have lost I eat more, if the scales says I have put on, I think stuff it and eat more. Also, if you cant see the lost weight on me but you can on the scales, it is frustrating!!
    Mini goals:

    3 days 100% no cheating
    Lose 7 lbs
    Lose 1 stone
