    Well finally bit the bullet & got a date with a new CWP consultant, she seems really nice & my first weigh in date is Friday 3rd Jan! I'm so determined 2 get this weight problem dealt with! So determined that me & my OH have more or less put off baby plans till iv reached my goal. I jst really want 2 b slim/healthy & enjoy it for once in my life! Iv bn dieting since I was 17 & iv had enough! I have a cruise booked with my mum for 5th May then a hol booked with my man for 2nd June for my 28th bday so got so much 2 look forward 2 this yr & really want 2 enjoy the hols, instead of dreading them coming! I think my biggest problem all these years is the disbelief that I could actually b a size 10 so I'm going 2 really have 2 change my thoughts then hopefully have a diff outcome! Iv gave up on myself so many times....but not this time, this time is different. I can feel it! Gd luck on ur journey guys! Oh & my goal is 9st 7/10st (or whenever I can get in2 a size 10 denim shorts & feel gd in them! lol)

    Thank you! That is an amazing loss in 13days! R u feeling it yet? I'm dreading the first 3/4 days will jst have 2 power thro it tho!

    Make sure you keep drinking water and you'll get through it. I just heated some custard and pud for my husband and had to tell myself I would rather be slim then have custard!! Sad really!!! I am feeling it. Ran to a cash point and caught my trousers half way down my thighs!! Woo hoo. Size 18 in the bin. Size 16 out. We can do this.

    That's amazing! I can't wait till I can feel a diff in my clothes I'm feeling so bloated & jst generally ill with all the rubbish iv bn eating!! Keep in touch x

    Weigh in day 2moro & I'm feeling so nervous! I'm not even scared abt missing food & alcohol now coz iv sickened myself with that! I'm jst dreading the unwell feeling I get that makes me think is this worth it, the first 3 days makes me physically ill but I'm going 2 try & dig deep this time & push past it x

    Weigh day is here! Feeling a mixture of nerves & excitement! Meeting with my consultant at 2pm....I'm guessing my weight will probz b abt 14st 7lb as iv totally over indulged during Christmas & new year! But I'll take whatever it is & start from there coz iv got this

    Thank you! I jst noticed that ur restarting after pregnancy, can I ask did u try cambridge before pregnancy? I'm only asking as me & my man really want 2 start a family but I'm putting it off as I want 2 lose weight first but now I'm scared that Cambridge will mess up my cycle ? it's so annoying thinking abt it constantly! xx

    Hey Hun,

    the Cambridge diet actually regulated my cycles and that's how I got pregnant. I lost 4 stone whilst trying and stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant. The weight loss definately helped me conceive as I have PCOS. I would say try to lose some before u get pregnant as it a lot better for u & baby. That's what I'm doing this time as I had pre eclampsia with my little boy and he was born 8 weeks early. I want to significantly reduce the risk of it ever happening again. Good luck with your journey, it will definately be so worth while xxx

    Yeah iv kinda eased off trying a bit as we've now booked a hol for June so jst trying 2 concentrate on losing weight & looking forward 2 our hol as I was getting 2 obsessed anyway & giving my man a hard time lol thanks so much for ur advice uv put my mind at ease! Lol xxx

    I was jst signing some paper work & jst getting weighed 2day I'm going bak on Monday 2 get my shakes & get properly started! I'll also b taking my weight from Monday as well coz my weigh in day will now always b a Monday! x
