Step 1 Sole Source Emotional Rehab

I started a thread but couldn't open it on my phone so here I go again.

I'm an emotional eater who started AGAIN today. I've never been one to make resolutions but i writer down a few yesterday.
Starting in the new year allows me leave all the bulls**t and mistake in the past and forget all the excuses and procrastinating and focus on my goal.

I measured in at 15.1 stones with a goal weight of 8.4 stones. I want to get there in about 26 weeks :) if possible.

I'm beginning on 4th Jan and hoping to lose 4 1/2 stone to get down to 9 stone. I too know all about emotional eating and am hoping to leave that behind in 2013!

I couldn't sleep and bad cravings but no going back so guess what I did 20 SQUATS and feel better xx

Well done for working trough the cravings. This year will be a good year for all. We shall all reach our goals and feel great about it. Good luck on your journey. I start mine tomorrow
 
And well done NewMindset! Just think, with a starting weight of 15.1st you could be in and out of the 14's in a few short weeks! Keep going :)
 
Day 1

A little challenging but expected. Had to complete 20 SQUATS when I noticed I was procrastinating.

B- Porridge
L- Soup
D- Porridge

Water - 4 litres xx:)

Go you! The squatting is such a good idea, lol. I may have to try that when I begin. Think it'll help to avoid any loose skin too once you start to lose the weight. Hope you have a successful day two :D x
 
It's crazy the excuses your mind tries to make up to create an excuse to cheat. I cannot emphasise enough how much I choose not to eat until I get to goal. Even then it'll be healthy :)

The plan is very cathartic but can also be the easiest ever x

Hi cdrome, today is the start of day 4 and I'm off to see my cwpc for my products. I have been using what I has left. So far so good, I have been 100% ss and lost 4lbs when I checked yesterday.

How you getting on?

Hey! Aww you're doing so well, keep it up! I went to see my Consultant yesterday and picked up a weeks worth of shakes and soups. Since I'm hearing better things about the shakes than the soups, I chose to have two shakes a day and one soup. And today is day one. I'm trying to delay taking my first shake until I'm REALLY hungry. So just had 500ml water to start off my day and so far so good :D Hope your Consultant is nice and supportive! Xx

My consultant is lovely and very supportive :) I have now 'topped up' my products and looking forward to the week ahead as I will have a lemon bar each day :) my taste has changed since last time I don't the diet. I have went off te soups :( I'm on nights night week which are always a struggle so going to have to push on through.

Hey Laura! Aww, I'm glad- it makes such a difference to feel comfortable and as though you can turn to them if tempted or feeling down. Nights or otherwise, you can and will do this! X
 
Great to hear your all doing good. I haven't been good. Restarted today. Feeling really low but have to understand that it's a choice I am making to be happy :)
