    2014 is my year!!

    Right I'm back for good this time and determined to get to target!!
    I am starting on ss+ as I have some shakes left and can't afford to see a consultant in jan and have no car so going to do 2 shakes and a carb free meal and exercise! Then in feb when I get paid can go back to a consultant and go onto sole source! Hoping for good losses still.

    I got to 13.13 last year in November and then had my 30th and a big dream holiday and have ended up putting a lot back on! Very frustrating but this is my year and I can't wait to get back into it tomorro!!
    Waters in the fridge!! Ice in the freezer and choc shake is waiting for me tomorro morning!

    I would love buddies and to talk to ppl on my journey to keep me going

    Let's do this!! X

    Hi Hayley, I too am re starting this morning. I will be doing ss in a bid to lose as much as possible for my 30th good luck and look forward to supporting each other through our cwp journey


    Week 1- lost 6.5lbs
    Week 2 -lost 2lbs and 3 1/4 inches
    Week 3 - lost 4 1/4lbs
    Week 4 and 5 - 6 3/4 lbs 5 3/4 inches
    week 6 -lost 2.5lb
    week 7 - lost 3.5lb

    5 weeks off plan. Restarted 9/5/2013 (weighed on my scales this morning)

    I was losing for my 30th and stupidly gained loads back!!

    God I'm starving today!! Serves me right for being a little pig over Xmas I guess!! I'm having my second shake now!

    I have just done day one of the abs and squat challenge!! #iwillgetfit!!

    My god I couldn't even do a sit up!! When did I get so unfit??

    Starving!!! I've actually had all 3 of my products as went really dizzy and shaky!!

    I may have some chicken and salad tonight see how hungry I get if not go bed lol i have drank 1.5 litres of water so far! Xx

    Hia all, im starting on the 7th for the second time! Lost over 2st last time but put it back on and then some! Determined to do it to the end this time-ideally need to lose 4st.
    I'm recently married and we are trying for a baby...at 37 I need all the help I can get so MUST lose the weight to have every chance!

    Hi, I'm re starting on the 7th after numerous half hearted attempts. Do you mind if I ask do you do ss or ss+? I'm thinking off doing ss+ so I can have milk and maybe some tuna, can you do this would you know. I've just looked through your diary, you've done so well.

    Thankyou, just need to work at keeping it off!
    Ss+ you can 4 products and 200ml of skimmed milk or 3 products and a 200 calorie meal!

    I do SS then if I'm really hungry will have a little tuna or chicken.
    Ask for the book so U can see what your allowed.

    So day one done!

    Thanks I'll take a look at the book. Maybe I'll see if I can do 3 products, the milk and a can of tuna, don't know if that's allowed but think that would make me stick to it better. Thanks for your reply

    I'm starting on Tuesday as I'm still with the bf until then who I only get to see fortnightly because of work. Excuses I know. Do you mind if I ask how much more you want to lose? I'm probably around 13 stone and would like to get to 11 then see how I feel x

    I have 6 stone to lose again I'm determined to get it off!! You'll lose your 2 stone so quickly if you stick to it hun
    Literally January I am skint so am just staying in working overtime (I work from home) and doing this diet no temptations!! It helps the weathers so awful so I don't mind staying in

    I have been invited for a Chinese tonight for a friends bday but I'm not going, my social life will have to stop for a while! Will hopefully be worth it when I'm feeling great in the summer! Fingers crossed xx

    Woke up today feeling hungry but am holding out for my shake! X
